abat Logistics Applications
abat Logistics Applications (aLA) is a self-developed portal solution consisting of a variety of apps that simplify communication between business partners in the supply chain.
aLA offers apps for all supply chain stakeholders, e.g. suppliers, customers, plant and carriers.
Based on SAPUI5, the integration of the portal solution is possible both via an on-premise SAP TM system, but also via the SAP Business Technology Platform variant recommended by us. It has the advantage that all applications run mobile, secure, accessible and scaled.
The portal solution itself helps you to involve the partners in your supply chain easily and intuitively in the overall process.
For example, a supplier can independently create his transportation requirements, manually adjust the order-related delivery requests originating from the ERP system, and maintain quantities, delivery times, and additional information.
Another major advantage of the aLA is the easy extensibility of all applications to thereby map the customer's exact process.

Technical details
Since the aLA apps are based on SAPUI5, they can be used on almost all end devices. The technical prerequisite for using abat Logistics Applications is the use of SAP Transport Management (SAP TM or SAP S/4HANA as of release 1709). External access to the SAP TM or SAP S/4HANA backend system is ensured via the SAP Business Technology Platform and the SAP Cloud Connector.
